PLEASE NOTE: TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A 1/4, 1/2 OR WHOLE BEEF YOU CAN OBTAIN A COPY OF OUR BEEF ORDER FORM FROM OUR WEBSITE (WWW.HARVESTHOMEMEATS.COM) OR REQUEST AN ORDER FORM TO BE FAXED OR MAILED BY CALLING. YOU CAN ALSO FILL OUT AND SUBMIT YOUR ORDER FORM ONLINE BY FILLING OUT THE INFO TO THE RIGHT OF THIS SCREEN. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING THIS FORM. (PRINT OUT/HARD COPY BEEF ORDER FORM LINK AT BOTTOM OF PAGE.)

 

*ORDERS CAN BE PLACED EITHER BY EMAIL, PHONE, FAXING OR SUBMITING THE ONLINE BEEF ORDER FORM. A $50. DEPOSIT FOR EACH QUARTER OF BEEF ORDERED IS REQUIRED.

*IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM, YOU CAN CALL RICH AT 610-972-8910.

 

*PICK UP/DELIVERY WILL BE DETERMINED AFTER PROCESSING OF MEAT IS COMPLETE.

 

*A QUARTER OF BEEF WILL COST APPROXIMATELY $820, WHICH IS $6.95/LB. HANGING WEIGHT.  PRICE INCLUDES DRY AGING, PROCESSING/CUTTING TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS, VACUUM PACKING, FLASH FREEZING, AND PACKING IN BOXES.  THE ACTUAL WEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IS APPROXIMATELY 70-80 LBS. DEPENDING ON YOUR CUTTING INSTRUCTIONS, TRIMMING, AND DEBONING.  BELOW IS A GUIDELINE YOU MAY USE TO DETERMINE WHAT CUTS YOU COMMONLY USE AND THE APPROXIMATE NUMBER OF PIECES RECEIVED FOR A QUARTER BEEF.   PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS WILL VARY DUE TO THICKNESS OF STEAKS AND SIZE OF ROASTS YOU REQUEST.   IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RECEIVING DIFFERENT CUTS (SUCH AS NY STRIP, TENDERLOINS, DELMONICOS, ETC.), WE WILL THEN BE CUSTOMIZING YOUR ORDER AND DELETING SOME OF THE CUTS LISTED BELOW AND MAYBE ADDING MORE TO THE GROUND BEEF.  SOME REQUESTS MAY INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

            -20 TO 30 LBS. GROUND BEEF,

            -(2-3) CHUCK ROASTS,

            -(1) RIB ROAST,  OR (6-9) RIB STEAKS,

            -(1) BRISKET,

            -(4) 1 LB. PACKS STEW MEAT,

            -(2) 2 LB. PACKS SHORT RIBS,

            -(2) 3LBS. /EACH LONDON BROIL,

            -(2-3) BOTTOM ROUND ROAST,

            -(1-2) EYE ROUND ROAST,

            -(1-2) RUMP ROAST,

            -(4) 1 LB. PACKS CHIP STEAKS,

            -(5-7) SIRLOIN STEAKS,

            -(1-2) PORTERHOUSE STEAK,

            -(6-8) T-BONE STEAKS.

 

WE ALSO OFFER HALF SIDES AND WHOLE BEEF.

$6.95/lb for 1/4 of beef, $6.69/lb for 1/2 of beef

CAP is a layer on top called the fat cap. The fat cap will keep the brisket moist while it is smoking.
