We have beef available year around and it will take approx. 3 weeks to receive your beef after you place your order and your deposit is received.

Arrangements can be made for pickup at the butcher or the farm. Delivery can be arranged for an additional charge. Full payment must be made at time of pickup. 

A 1/4 of beef will require approx. 6 cu-ft.

Yes, you can arrange to pick-up select cuts of beef at the farm. A minimum $200 order is required.

You will be receiving a mix 1/4. Which is 1/8 of the fore 1/4 and 1/8 of the hind 1/4.
